Pasqual Giner
Pasqual Giner grew up surrounded by blueprints, construction conversations, and the smell of freshly cut materials. From a young age, he was in contact with the family business, an experience that allowed him to understand architecture not only as an academic discipline, but as a way of life. This heritage, combined with his technical training and his passion for music, has given rise to a unique architectural vision, where precision coexists with sensitivity and rigor with emotion.
In 2016, he founded Pasqual Giner Arquitectura, a studio based in Benissa (Alicante) specializing in the design of high-end single-family homes. His proposal is characterized by combining contemporary rationalism and Mediterranean sensibility, which gives rise to projects that do not seek to impose themselves, but to belong. Houses that dialogue with light, the place and the people who inhabit them.
Music has been a parallel language that has marked his way of designing. Rhythm, proportion and harmony run through his architecture in the same way that a score organizes time and silence. Each project is thus understood as a composition in which materials, textures and light intertwine to generate serene and lasting atmospheres.
Alongside him, a multidisciplinary team of architects, interior designers, visualization specialists and technicians accompanies each phase of the process. Together, they approach projects with clarity, closeness and attention to detail, which ensures that every decision, from the initial stroke to the final execution, maintains the coherence and quality that define the studio.
Today, Pasqual Giner continues to build an honest and timeless architecture, rooted in the Mediterranean and open to a contemporary vision. A work that, more than raising walls, creates places that turn the experience of inhabiting them into a natural, conscious and serene experience.
